RECREATIONAL
Age 4+
This is where most gymnasts will gain their first experience of the sport from the age of 4+. The focus is on learning, enjoyment and personal development, whilst building on the core skills to advance within gymnastics. Children will be placed into classes according to their age, then grouped within the class according to ability.
SQUAD
Competitive
Gymnasts who have shown potential in the recreational classes will be invited to trial for one of our squads.
